I'm Samantha, founder of Elevare People Partners — that's El-eh-VAH-ray, from Latin, meaning to lift, to lead.

I believe thriving organizations start with thriving people. As a strategic HR leader, I bring a passion for building strong cultures, guiding leadership growth, and creating people-first workplaces where individuals and businesses can truly succeed.

Beyond my work in HR, I am deeply committed to mentorship, wellness, and lifelong learning. I’ve mentored young professionals through iMentor NYC, volunteered with New York Cares, and find continuous inspiration through my love of the arts, reading, and human connection.
